DataChecker’s new website

You have probably noticed that DataChecker has a brand-new website. Of course, we’ve made many updates and improvements to our website in the process. Below, we’ll outline why this new site is so much better than the old one.

Improved look & feel

Our website boasts a completely new design developed with the familiar DataChecker colors at its core. The whole website has been rebuilt based on this new design. The changes have led to a website with a clear structure that makes everything easy to find both on desktop and mobile. Thanks to a scroll-along menu bar, you’re now able to navigate to your chosen pages from anywhere on the site. The handy drop-down menu makes that even easier. With all those pieces put together, the new design has emerged as a much more user-friendly website. Because DataChecker operates internationally, the website is naturally accessible in English as well as in Dutch.

Chat feature

Our live-chat feature is also a new element on the redesigned website. If you spend longer than 10 seconds on the site, you’ll be presented with a chat window in the lower right corner of the screen. If you’d like to chat directly, simply click on the chat text bubble, also on the right. Our customer support staff is ready to answer all your questions quickly over chat. Of course, it’s always possible to contact us via telephone. With one simple click on the telephone icon at the top or bottom of your screen, you’ll make a direct call to the support department. Should you prefer to send us an email, that option is also available.

Request solutions in a simple way

The new website makes it even easier to request the solution that best suits your needs. When browsing our options, it only takes a few clicks to request an ID check, for example. Requesting a demo account is also a quick process with a few clicks. And if you’re unsure of the right fit for your needs, it only takes a few moments to get a helpful answer on our live chat or over the phone.

Completely secure and GDPR-proof

One element that isn’t actually visible is the website’s security. DataChecker.nl, but also Securelink.DataChecker.nl are of course protected with the most up-to-date techniques and according to the latest requirements. For example, we have installed a TLS certificate, which serves to protect the website on the internet. When this is installed, you’ll see a padlock symbol in the address bar alongside mention of ‘https’ in the URL.

DataChecker.nl has received an incredible update, and not only on the front end thanks to a beautiful new design. There have also been great improvements on the back end in the form of improved security measures.
